Terms of Service (TOS) - Muchincco1. General
I ONLY do commissions in my current style. I do not perform imitations of other artists' styles or simple recolors of existing work.2. Payments & Fees
Payment Model:
100% upfront payment is required once the request is accepted and before the work begins.
Methods: Vgen, Ko-fi, and PayPal invoice.
Local Clients (Panama): Please contact me via chat to discuss local payment options.
Commercial Use Fee: Any commission intended for commercial purposes will incur a surcharge of +100% over the base price.3. Artist Rights and Use
Ownership:
The artist (Muchinccx) retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Self-Promotion: I reserve the right to display, share, or use the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, social media, and self-promotion.
Reuse: The artist may reuse elements of the artwork or create variations for personal projects.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion.
Authorship: The artist must always be credited when the artwork is shared publicly. Removing watermarks or signatures without express permission is strictly prohibited.4. Client’s Rights and Use
Personal Use:
The client is granted rights for personal use, such as social media profiles, wallpapers, and personal printing.
Commercial Use: Use for commercial purposes (merchandise, resale, advertising) is only permitted if the commercial license (+100% fee) has been paid.
Prohibitions: The artwork cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or any other crypto-related projects/scams.
Third-Party Restrictions: Rights are non-transferable; third parties may not use the artwork without the artist's consent.5. Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%): Only applicable if the work has not been started.
Partial Refund (50%): Applicable if the commission is still in the sketch phase.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued once the rendering/coloring process has begun or the illustration is completed.6. Process and Revisions
Timeline:
The process takes approximately one month (14 days for YHC services).
Revisions: Includes 3 major revisions during the sketch phase and 3 minor corrections during the process.
Extra Charges: A fee of 5.00 USD (and up) applies for vital changes not mentioned during the review process.ALLOWED AND NOT ALLOWEDI Do:
- Heterosexual or LGBTQ+ couples, whether human, furry, or anthro.
- Children's style illustrations.
- Pets, animals.
- Splatoon style.I Don't Do:
- Super detailed characters with wrinkles and thousands of pigments (e.g., Elder Ring characters).
- Monster romance with grotesque characters.
- Gore or soft gore.
- Pornography or softcore pornography.
- Horror or uncanny valley.
- Content that incites paraphilias or that violates women or children.
- Mecha or complex machinery.
- Strong political or religious ideologies that promote hatred or segregation of any kind.
